About me

Why me?

I am Bruce Morton and my wife is Erlinda. We work as a team. We are both trained and experienced technicians. We both have ATA Degrees in Business Technologies.

I have several technical certificates including, CompTIA PDI+, A+, Slot Technician, Computer Technician I & II, Customer Service, and Network Cabling.

I have been working in the various fields of the technical industry since 1972. Outside of work, my main hobby is learning about and using many types of technology. I specialize in having knowledge of most products on the market or coming out soon. I am a quick learner when it comes to a product that I have never used before. I can quickly translate my knowledge into simpler terms that the average person can understand.

Erlinda has several technical certificates including, Customer Service, Cisco PC Technician, and Networking. She is excellent at listening and recording instructions that can be left with you, when needed.

She was also a Licensed Practical Nurse with over 29 years of experience. She later trained in the computer field and worked at Cascadia Community College as a Systems Administrator, installing and setting up their computer network, labs, and servers. She has also worked at Everett Community College in the computer labs. She specializes in documentation and creating manuals that are clear and easy to understand.
